1. Nature of the service
LinkedInScrap is software that automates reading profiles ALREADY visible in your own authenticated LinkedIn session and organizes that data locally. It is not a cloud scraping service and does not sell contact databases.
2. Your responsibility toward LinkedIn
Automation — even with deliberately honest human pacing (randomized delays and backoff, no detection evasion) — may conflict with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You bear that risk; your account is never delegated to our servers. Use the tool moderately and lawfully in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Prohibited: collecting data in violation of applicable law. Intended purpose: legitimate B2B prospecting and recruiting. Respect unsolicited-communication rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR legitimate interest) when contacting collected leads.
4. Accounts, plans and billing
The extension works without an account. The portal offers a Free plan (50 leads/month) and paid Pro/Business plans with recurring billing processed by Stripe. Cancel any time; your plan remains until the end of the billed period. API keys are revocable at any moment.
5. No warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or of LinkedIn keeping its interface stable. Selector breakage, DOM changes or account restrictions do not constitute breach and may affect collection.
6. Data ownership
The leads you collect are yours. On the hosted instance we process them solely to provide storage and export; you can delete them permanently. If you self-host, we never have access to them.
